Processing Time
Our pieces are made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for processing once the order is placed.
 
Shipping
FREE Ground Shipping (3-5 Business Days) offer valid on all orders over $200 within the US only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other US territories.

All Domestic Shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the contents value is $500 or more.


Standard Delivery Time: Generally orders are shipped within (2-7) business days, excluding holidays. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground, USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Delivery time is between 1-6 days depending on your location. Your order is shipped from zip code 90013 and you can get the estimated delivery time to your zip code at www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com.


Expedited Delivery: You can choose 2-Day, or 3-Day delivery at check out. Processing time still applies to Expedited Delivery orders. Please e-mail or call us before placing your order to ensure that we can meet your deadline if you have one.


International Shipping: We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on tariffs, taxes and duties.
 
Sales Tax 
All orders shipped to an address WITHIN California are subject to sales tax.
 
Tracking Your Order
You will receive two e-mails from us. The first email will arrive shortly after your order is placed to confirm that we received your order and it is being processed. We will contact you a second time when your order has shipped and it will include a tracking number for FedEx, UPS or USPS. You can use this number to track the delivery of your package online. If you do not receive these e-mails, it is possible that you entered an incorrect e-mail address, and you will need to email us directly to confirm your order at info@devonleighdesign.com.
 
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@devonleighdesign.com within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. Jewelry that is unworn, unaltered with tags still attached and returned in original pouch and package will be refunded or a credit will be issued. Items must be shipped within 5 days from the day the RA# is issued. Although we check all merchandise prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects or damage. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed. Sale items, special orders and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. Any piece sold at a 40% discount or over is considered final sale and cannot be returned. 
Fine Jewelry can be returned for store credit. No refunds for fine jewelry.
An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.  No COD deliveries accepted.  Returned items must be packed with sufficient padding to ensure safe delivery. Devon Leigh Designs, Inc. will not be responsible for items damaged in transit due to insufficient or inappropriate packaging. 
 
Repairs
We provide service for our jewelry when it is in need of repair from normal usage. Please email us a photo of the piece along with a message stating what needs to be repaired. Our Email address is info@devonleighdesign.com. We will provide you with an estimated repair fee, if there is one, turnaround time and an address to ship the piece to us.
 
Stone Availability
Due to the unique nature of the stones used, from time to time a particular stone featured on the site may not be available. In such case we will contact you and you will have the choice of selecting an alternate stone, selecting another piece, or canceling your order.
Some of the stones are free form and may slightly vary in size and color, but the finished piece will be just as beautiful as the photo.
 
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
